In October 2024, the UConn College of Engineering Innovation Shop welcomed students in for an open house event. During the Open House, students built their own Halloween decoration. Staff laser cut bats, pumpkins, and ghosts to create a light-up Halloween decoration. iShop staff also gave away UConn Engineering swag, and Halloween candy. UConn Engineering students learned a bit more about new opportunities in the iShop, including a future prototyping course and a student worker training initiative.
